If you are disputing a parking infringement, this email will not be responded to. You must go to www.i-park.co.nz and select the city the fine was issued by in the list of Our Partners. You then need to select dispute and place the details there. Please remember to attach any supporting documents you may have. If you have documents or content that the system will not allow you to attach, please state this in your dispute on the system and our infringements processing team will then contact you.
If your email is about partnering with i-Park, our sales team will respond as soon as possible.
If your email is about something else, we will endeavour to respond as soon as we can.
