If you believe you have paid a parking fine in error you can apply for a refund by completing the form below. All payments are in New Zealand Dollars. Payments will show on your statement as 'RLC Parking Fine'.
You will need to attach a bank deposit slip or a single screenshot showing the name of your bank, the name of your account and your account number.
Note: We do not need to see the transactions or balances.
